I wish with all my heart MTV makes new episodes before I die so I don't have to write fanfiction. :)

I can understand that the college culture in USA is so broad that it would be really hard to tackle it in a way it measures to what has been done, but it is doable.

The Beavis and Butthead new episodes give me a little hope. Glad to know you liked the show too.

While transmorphers is no doubt a turd (i didn't see it), and i don't agree with doing this, the intended audience and the size of the audience makes sense. How many people saw hurtlocker vs transformers. and of those people, the hurt locker audience most likely reads the new yorker and the transformers audience watches prop wrestling and read sgun magazines. I can see the transformers audience a much better target to present the military - 'yo check out all the cool guns america has, bang, america is the coolest' this feeds into recruitment.

i will say this is bullshit - it encourage these macho type men to join the army looking to blow shit up and beat on some iraqi civilian.

I was waiting anxiously for this review, skipped to the review part immediately, and it was hilarious. I needed to hear something rip this apart properly, so thanks for that. ;) Also, you should have Rappe on more often, she's great, and it's nice with a female perspective. And her laughs are adorable. ;)
